1. Mold production: It is necessary to customize the mold according to the drawings provided by the customer. Generally, wood molds can be used for single-piece processing, plastic molds or metal molds can be used for mass production, and templates can be used for mass production.
2. Modeling (including core making) process: including modeling (a cavity formed by molding sand), core making (to form the inner shape of the casting), mold matching (the core can be placed in the cavity, and the upper and lower The sand box is closed). Modeling processing is a more important link, which involves the effect of post-forming.
3. Melting process: According to the processing requirements, match the required metal composition and chemical composition, and then select a more suitable melting furnace to melt the alloy material to form a more qualified liquid metal liquid (the composition and temperature need to be qualified).
4. Pouring process: Put the qualified molten metal into the sand box that has been equipped. The pouring process must pay special attention to the hidden dangers, especially the operators.
5. Cleaning process: After pouring, after the liquid metal is solidified, the molding sand can be cleaned off, and the accessories of the gate can be knocked out to form the casting to be processed.
